How is weight calculated?
We weigh your laundry when we pick it up. You'll receive a confirmation with the exact weight and total before we process your order.
Is pickup and delivery really free?
Yes — pickup and delivery is free on all orders 15 lbs or more. A $5 convenience fee applies to orders under 15 lbs.
When do I pay?
We'll send you an invoice by email after weighing your order. Payment is due before delivery.
What if I have a mix of regular and delicate items?
Just separate them into two bags and note it when you schedule. We'll process each bag at the appropriate service rate.
